■ From Order to Production
After your order is confirmed, we will contact you by email to request photographs of your feet, your exact foot measurements (in cm) or tabi size, as well as your height.
Once sizing and specifications are confirmed and payment has been received, production will begin.
If any size adjustments or specification changes are required, we will inform you of any price difference (additional charge or refund). Production will begin after final confirmation.
Any customs duties and additional charges incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

As each pair is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted in principle
Size adjustments are available as many times as needed. Please feel free to consult with us.
In such cases, round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
