■Carriers, Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders are shipped via DHL in principle. However, EMS (Express Mail Service) may be used depending on current transport conditions or destination availability.

  • Orders delivered outside Japan may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. All applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping fees. Whether these charges apply and their exact amounts are determined by local customs authorities, so we are unable to provide estimates in advance.

  • Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments: Orders refused by the recipient or containing incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses will be classified as undeliverable and returned to us at the customer's expense.

  • If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees, recipient refusal, or incorrect address information, all round-trip shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.



■ Dispatch & Payment Terms
Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders placed on our regular store closing day (Wednesdays) or during holiday periods will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (JST) prior to a non-working day may also be processed on the next business day.

In the unlikely event that shipment takes more than one week due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email.

■Bank Transfer
Orders paid via bank transfer will be dispatched only after payment confirmation. If payment is not received within 5 days of the purchase date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Payments made on weekends or bank holidays will be confirmed on the following business day.

■Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping service is currently not available.
