Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders totaling JPY 165,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping within Japan.

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery region (all prices include tax):

Domestic Shipping within Japan

  • Hokkaido / Tohoku / Kyushu: JPY 1,870

  • Okinawa: JPY 3,300

  • Honshu / Shikoku: JPY 1,320

International Shipping

  • East Asia: JPY 11,000

  • Southeast Asia: JPY 13,200

  • North America / Oceania: JPY 27,500

  • Europe / Middle East: JPY 24,200

  • Central & South America / Africa: JPY 38,500

  • Orders placed on our regular closing day (Wednesdays) or during holiday periods will be shipped on the next business day.
    For the most up-to-date information regarding our business days, please refer to our Instagram (@iwakura_aa).

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM on the day before a closing day may be shipped after the holiday period. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to ship within one week, we will notify you by email.

Payment by Bank Transfer

  • Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

  • If payment is not confirmed within 5 days of the purchase date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Please note that transfers made on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be confirmed on the next business day.

International Shipping Notes

  • International shipments are generally sent via EMS. Please note that delivery may take additional time.
    Depending on shipping conditions, DHL or UPS may be used instead.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Gift wrapping is not available.
