Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer preference once an order has been confirmed, regardless of whether the item has been shipped, except in the following cases:

  1. The product is clearly defective.

  2. The product received differs from the order placed.

  3. The product is damaged during shipping.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
After confirming the condition of the item and the shipping status, we will offer an exchange or return provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused and unwashed (indoor fitting only is permitted).

  • All tags and accessories are included and undamaged.

  • The item shows no stains, odors, or significant alterations.


Important Notes

  • Consumable and hygienic items (such as underwear, socks, earrings, or other items that come into direct contact with the skin) are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

  • Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your device or viewing environment. Such differences are not considered defects.

  • Leather products may display natural marks, scars, veins, and variations in texture. These are inherent characteristics of the material and, in some cases, are intentionally preserved to honor the natural qualities of the leather. They are not considered defects.
    Before purchasing, please carefully review the material descriptions, care instructions, and notes provided on each product page.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size selection. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

  • In the event that an exchange or return of a non-defective item is exceptionally approved, all related costs, including shipping and associated fees, shall be borne by the customer.

  • Cash-on-delivery fees and bank transfer fees are non-refundable.

  • For customers who paid by credit card, shipping and applicable fees must first be transferred to us. Upon confirmation of payment, we will process the cancellation of the credit card charge.
    Please note that credit card cancellations are only possible within 14 days of the order date.
    (The cancellation period may vary depending on the credit card company.)

  • Shoes and tabi socks must be tried on indoors only.
