Description
This front-zip jacket is made from cotton fabric that is both light and firm enough to maintain its shape. The front is minimalist, but the curved cut from the shoulders to the back gives it a quiet presence. The shoulders, which are important in shaping the silhouette of the garment, and the part connecting the back to the sleeves are made of double-layered fabric, which increases strength while maintaining a beautiful form.
The armholes and body width are designed to be slightly wider. The roomy sizing allows you to throw it on easily over a thick knit or cut-and-sew top. The zipper at the neck can be closed all the way to create a stand-up collar, or folded back lightly to create a more collared look. One of its appealing features is its flexible design, which can be adjusted to suit the weather and your style.

Designer Tenchi Yoshimoto was born in Elk Valley, a mountainous region in Northern California, to parents who were musicians. He spent his childhood in an environment where everything had to be made by hand, surrounded by nature with no electricity or running water.
He then moved to Japan and, after graduating from high school, began making clothes on his own. After gaining experience working for domestic and international brands and pattern offices, he established the menswear label Amachi in 2017, setting up an atelier in the foothills of Nagano Prefecture.
