This book was compiled by Footwear Sekizuka and features Japanese work clothes that are believed to have been made around 1965.

Kimono are no longer an everyday thing these days.
What kind of Japanese clothing blends into the current landscape?
I think I have come up with one answer.

The hem width can be adjusted using the tabs at the hem.
It incorporates details reminiscent of vintage M-47 FRENCH CARGO PANTS, making it a relaxed work pant that can be easily matched with any outfit.

ARTS&SCIENCE's AW08 deadstock fabric has been revived in limited quantities. It's from a while ago, so it's hard to say for sure, but the fabric was recreated by disassembling a used coat. The brand debuted at an exhibition in AW07, and around AW08, they were passionately creating products with their business partners, using vintage materials like used clothing as a base. This really brings to mind the soul that resides in woven fabrics.
