amachi. Belted Baggy

These two-pleat baggy pants are designed to be worn very high-waisted, with the fabric falling straight down towards the hem. The supple fabric creates a beautiful drape as it flows in the wind. The waist can be adjusted with buttons on the inside of the pants, or with the belt that comes with the pants. You can wear the belt tied or loose to match your outfit.

Designer Tenchi Yoshimoto was born in Elk Valley, a mountainous region in Northern California, to parents who were musicians. He spent his childhood in an environment where everything had to be made by hand, surrounded by nature with no electricity or running water.
He then moved to Japan and began making clothes on his own after graduating from high school. After gaining experience working for domestic and international brands and pattern offices, he established the menswear label Amachi in 2017, setting up an atelier in the foothills of Nagano Prefecture.
