【返品について】
当サイトでは、下記（１）〜（３）の項目に当てはまる場合をのぞき、商品の発送前後に関わらず、ご注文成立後はお客様都合によるキャンセルや交換、返品は一切承っておりません。
(1) 商品に明らかな不良が認められる場合
(2) ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合
(3) 配送時による破損が確認された場合
上記項目に当てはまる場合は、商品お受取りから5日以内にご連絡ください。商品の状態や配達状況を確認の上、下記の内容を満たす場合は、交換または返品にてご対応させていただきます。
・商品到着から5日以内
・未使用、未洗濯（室内での試着のみ可）
・タグや付属品が全て揃っている（破損がない）
・商品に汚れや、匂い、著しく不自然な変化がない

・受注製作品や、予約注文の商品を購入された場合、チェックアウト時に全額の請求となります。また、受注製作のため、原則として返品・交換は承っておりません。決済後のキャンセルはお受けできかねます。
・ご利用されるデバイスの閲覧環境の違いにより、実際の商品と色合いが異なって感じることがあります。この場合は不良として扱いませんので予めご了承ください。
・革製品は自然由来の傷痕や血筋、シボの表情に個体差がありますが、素材の特性を活かす為、あえてそのままに製品化しているものもございます。この場合も不良として扱いませんので予めご了承ください。商品をご購入いただく際は、各商品ページに記載された素材説明やご注意点、お取り扱い方法を必ずご一読の上お求めください。
・お客様都合のサイズ交換、返品は承っておりません。サイズ選択に迷われた場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。
・万が一良品による交換や返品等が発生した際は、そのやり取りに関わる諸経費、送料等は全てお客様負担となります。ご了承ください。
・代引手数料、銀行振込手数料の返金は致しません。
・クレジットカード決済をご希望のお客様は、送料、手数料をお振込みいただき、確認が取れた後に決済キャンセル処理を致します。
尚、クレジットカードのキャンセル可能期限はご注文後14日以内となっております。
(※クレジット会社により、期限が異なる場合もございます。)
・靴や足袋の試し履きは必ず室内で行ってください。
・Shop Payをはじめとする各種エクスプレスチェックアウトをご利用の場合、当店の「返金ポリシー」に同意したものとみなされます。事前にポリシーをご確認の上、ご注文手続きへお進みください。
・返金時は購入時レートで返金となります。

【EU圏内からご注文のお客様へ（撤回権について） / For Customers in the EU (Right of Withdrawal)】
EU加盟国（および欧州経済領域：EEA）に居住するお客様が当サイトでご購入された場合、EUの消費者保護法に基づき、商品をお受け取りになった日から14日以内であれば、理由を問わずご注文を撤回（キャンセル・返品）することができます。
ただし、下記の「撤回権の例外」に該当する商品は、14日以内であっても返品・返金を承ることができませんので予めご了承ください。
＜撤回権の例外となる商品＞
・お客様の仕様に合わせて作られたオーダーメイド商品、カスタム商品、およびサイズオーダー等で個別に製造・加工した商品
・衛生上の理由により返品が適さない商品（開封済みの下着、靴下、ピアスなど肌に触れる商品）
・開封後に再利用できない状態となった商品
＜撤回権を行使する場合の注意点＞
・撤回を希望される場合は、商品到着後14日以内に【iwakura.aa.info@gmail.com】まで、撤回する旨を明確にご連絡ください。
・返品にかかる返送料（国際送料）はお客様のご負担となります。
・商品は未使用、未洗濯、タグや付属品がすべて揃った状態（室内での試着のみ可）でご返送ください。商品の価値を減少させるような著しい使用や破損が見られる場合、返金額を減額、または返金を拒否することがあります。
・商品代金およびご購入時の初期送料（通常配送分）は、返品された商品の到着を確認後、14日以内に返金いたします。

Customers residing in the EU (and EEA) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
However, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Goods made to the customer's specifications, custom-made products, or personalized items.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as opened underwear, socks, and earrings) and were unsealed after delivery.
Notes on exercising the right of withdrawal:
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear notification to our email address: iwakura.aa.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (international shipping fees).
- The goods must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all tags and accessories intact (trying on indoors is permitted). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
